J&E Hair Co. does not have a return policy, unless order is incorrect (ie: length or textures mistakes). However we ensure that all orders will be doubled checked before shipment.
Business days are Monday - Friday and orders placed before 2pm cst, will be shipped that day. This excludes custom orders, promotions, and pre-orders.
Processing occurs Monday - Friday
(If you ordered after 2pm or on Friday's your order will be processed on the next business day which is Monday.) Express Shipping Orders are 2 to 3 Business Days.
Domestic Express Shipping is 2 - 3 Business days depending on your location. Domestic Regular Flat Rate Shipping is 5 - 7 business days depending on your location. International Shipping is 7 - 10 business days depending on your location.
All Packages are delivered by USPS
Absolutely, we understand that sometimes plans change! If you need to cancel or make any changes to your order before it ships, you can do so with ease. Simply contact our customer support team as soon as possible. Please provide your order number and the specific changes you wish to make. Our team is enthusiastic about ensuring your satisfaction and will be happy to assist you promptly. Keep in mind that once your order has shipped, we won't be able to make any modifications, so it's best to reach out immediately.
