At J&E Hair Co., we’re committed to excellence in both our products and our service. From the moment you place your order, we’re working to get it to you as smoothly and quickly as possible.
Order Processing:
Regular Orders: Processed and shipped within 48 hours of payment.
During Sales and Pre-orders: Please allow 7-10 business days for processing due to increased order volume.
Shipping Schedule:
We ship Monday through Friday only.
Orders placed by 12:30 PM CST are eligible to ship the same day.
No shipping on weekends or federal holidays.
Shipping Method & Delivery Estimates:
All orders are shipped via USPS.
East Coast: Estimated delivery within 2–3 business days
West Coast: Estimated delivery within 4–6 business days
Return & Exchange Policy
We Love To Help!
J&E Hair Co. at this time we are not accepting returns unless order was sent incorrectly. Exchanges will only be accommodated within 7 business days of purchase on all bundles and hair-care products that have not been opened, tampered with, has a missing label or worn. Please note that all sales are final once wigs and hair extensions are colored, cut, washed, installed, etc.
When placing an order at J&E Hair Co, you are now responsible for the cost of return shipping. To initiate a return, please email jineinciahair@gmail.com with your order number in the subject line. Upon receipt of returned goods, J&E has the right to refuse returns that do not meet policy requirements.
